Has anyone got any recommendations on using Airpod Pros with a OnrPlus 5T?

Sound quality for music and calls is great, however, when making a call people on the other end say it sounds like I'm in a drain.

I've tried resetting both devices, re-pairing the headphones and adjusting some Bluetooth settings but no luck. I tried the headphones on a different phone and the call quality is fine so the Airpods are ok.

Any advice would be great!

When I'm opening certain apps - for example First Bus, bank apps, Google Maps -, they are disconnecting my phone from the internet. It's the same after restarting the device and closing everything. Some of them were doing this few days ago, now they are fine and some of them are just not working at all unless I'm using wifi (Metro Bank for example). Any idea what to do with this?
