1. Email won't sync on my phone but i can receive it on my laptop

Solution: go to settings, account, RESET ACCOUNT. it fixes the issue but later or after a day i have to go through the same solution because i still face sync issues after few hours or after a day or two.

2. I receive email notification but when i open that email it gives error. then reopen outlook to check the email but its not their.

I got a chance to attend #ANewEra held in New Delhi on 26 September & loved that event.
