I've been trying to change the ringtone of my OnePlus 3T, but I can't.
I downloaded a mp3 song and I moved it to the Ringtones folder of the phone, but when I go to the settings to choose a ringtone, the song is not between the other ringtones. I just can select the standard ringtones.
I've also tried it with an .aac file, but it doesn't work too.

Does anyone have an idea how I can change the ringtone?

I have a problem accessing the one plus 3T memory to retrieve the files I have inside, the screen does not turn on anymore, I cannot activate access to a computer to retrieve what I have as files, could you give me a tip to collect all the items (files, photos, ...) from the phone memory before sending it to the One Plus repair center?

From my OnePlus 3T (Oxygen 4.1.3 - Android 7.1.1) I connect to mobile network (4G), create my wifi hotspot with name and password, then I connect my laptop (with Windows 7 Enterprise sp1), it connects to wifi network but with the yellow "warning" triangle saying "No internet access" and I can't understand why!
In the mobile connection profile I use, APN TYPE is set to "default,supl,dun".

This is the first time it happens to me,...
