From my OnePlus 3T (Oxygen 4.1.3 - Android 7.1.1) I connect to mobile network (4G), create my wifi hotspot with name and password, then I connect my laptop (with Windows 7 Enterprise sp1), it connects to wifi network but with the yellow "warning" triangle saying "No internet access" and I can't understand why!
In the mobile connection profile I use, APN TYPE is set to "default,supl,dun".

Me and my wife both have OP (3T and 5). For both of us, the DTMF tones are not working when calling an IVR. The remove IVR does not recognize any keypress.

I have seen someone suggesting to turn on dialpad tones, but it did nothing.

Any steps I could troubleshoot this on both phones?

This morning my mobile shut down because the battery was to low. After restart the home and the menu buttons are not working anymore. When I enter an app I cant navigate to the home screen with the home button and I cant enter the app selection with the menu button.

There is a feedback when I press the buttons but nothing happens. Only the back button works.

Does anyone experiencing the same problemes or knows how to help??

I noticed I wasn't logged in to my OnePlus account in settings. Kept getting an error message saying bad username and password so I hit the forgot pw link, clicked on the link in the email and got a 404 saying oneplus.com does not exist. That's right, .com not .net. I came here in the Chrome app and logged in just fine, didn't need to reset password. Double checked in phone settings since I now know for sure I had the correct email and pw and still can't...

I tried this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/fix-empty-imei-unknown-baseband-sim-t3480781 however none of the 3 methods worked. The first method did not work. The second and third methods say:
