    Go to superus app and uninstall from settings menu... Otherwise the supersu survival mode will cause what you describe...

    I guess it is not working since you have received an error... Optimizing apps is just because you cleared cache and dalvik... I assume you have...

    You can _not_ install fullrom in stock recovery! You _need_ TWRP for this.

    you need to be on unrooted stock 2.1.1 in order to flash 2.1.2 ota... so you might want to flash 2.1.1 fullrom zip before the update...
