    I guess almost more than half users are facing this even after upgrading to 11.0.3.1.

    Widevine L3 regardless of the latest update ( 11.0.2.1 ) OnePlus 7t

    Bit by same bug here... And it's super frustrating. Update said they fixed it but clearly it isn't fixed...

    Yes. In fact. Uninstalled Netflix, cleared system cache and then installed Netflix. No luck.

    Same here. I cleared cache of app. Uninstalled and installed again but no change. Ironically, update says it fixes this issue.
