They probably stopped the rollout, fixing bugs and issues and then I guess within the month they will release bug fix update close to EOL.

Use oxygen updater app from the google play store, then delete eventual ".jar" at the end of the file's name and via local upgrade do the update.
I am wondering why people are flashing beta builds when then they want to go back to stable but dont know how. Is it really that hard to read few...
Few times reboot or factory reset your device and set the whole device as a new one (dont forget to backup).

Repeating again - after major OS update, there is a factory reset recommended. It will solve most of the issues.
Uh :/ Maybe you can try flash the same ROM? Or maybe downgrade to A10 OOS10 and eventually update again?
