    I did the same thing. Just download the ZIP for the OTA. Place in the root of your internal storage then go to system update, click the top right...

    hey, I was on beta one and just did a local upgrade to stable 10 and it worked flawlessly. all files and apps stayed after local upgrade via ota zip....
