this could be because of the LED lights, but didn't occur with my OP3.
After the Oxygen OS 9.5.9 update on my 7pro, I notice black horizontal lines in the camera viewfinder even during daylight condition....

nothing wrong. I updated it the same day. Found a few issues though like the call screen would hang after the call drops and a few times the phone...
boot to recovery, clean cache. Also navigate to playstore in apps and clear data after boot
i had the same condition. It will onky be installed after a data clean up and post clean-up don't forget to clean cache and format user partition...
the confusion is why has there been no communication from OnePlus about the update.

Try shooting in portrait mode. The background won't blur out and you won't get a bokeh when you are covering the second lens.
I'm getting a better SOT on 4.0.3 . More than 6+ hrs
battery life is insane after this OTA! 4 hrs SOT and 47% battery left
