This is a commonly known and widely reported HW defect of 3/3T devices, the rear camera looses the ability to focus, or fails to function completely....
Pls learn to use the forums search, before creating unnecessary threads like this one....
OnePlus doesn't provide ETA so there's absolutely no point in asking, it'll be ready when it's ready.
I suggest you report such issue(s) through the proper channels, as reporting issues within a discussion thread here within the community forums isn't...
You'll likely get very little in return for your device, you'd be better selling it privately.
At one point OnePlus was replacing the rear camera module for free. Though, I believe that time has passed quite some time ago.
I suggest you...
Are you attempting to update using Local Upgrade within system settings?
If yes, I suggest you reboot into recovery and flash OOS 9.0.5 from there.
Well if you don't report anything, within the proper feedback section, do you expect more of a solution from OnePlus Devs?
Is your Google account signed in? Have you tried clearing App data for PlayStore from within system settings?
And how exactly can you not play PubG?...
Sounds like so sort of HW failure/damage. If this issue is persisting after factory resetting the device, then I suggest you take or send your device...
Simple download OOS 5.0.8 and flash it via stock recovery.
Then the battery is reached the end of it's lifespan. On a 3+yr old device it's time to replace the battery.
Then you'll have to rollback to OOS 5.0.8, relock the bootloader, then proceed with installing OOS 9.0.5 .
Look within the screenshots above, it's showing with a yellow circle around the contacts that need reconnection.
is system-wide haptic feedback vibration working at all, or just not when connecting a call?
Do you have vibration when connecting a call enable?
Happy to help, welcome. ;)
Yep, that's it.
You'll also have to ensure PlayStore is showing "Device Certified" within PS settings menu. If it's showing"Device Uncertified"...
Nope. Has been effective a few years now, definitely not after any recent updates.
Yep, if you want to use Netflix. Or flash Magisk root if you want the bootloader to remain unlocked, so you can pass SafetyNet checks.
