I just tried parallel space and opened the game and it opens in full screen no notch issues there due to terms and conditions we cannot run PUBG...
Was unable to get reply from developer but I just checked that when I use parallel space I will have notch option available but since its a 3rd party...

Yeah it does redmi honor with notch devices they support notch no problem in those
Not only pubg other app disappeared with it too.. Previously all apps were visible but now only limited apps
But other devices have no issues such as iPhone or redmi etc
