Amazon confirmed there's an issue with sim slot, something to do with signal not getting properly. From what they said it sounded hardware issue....
if you're with in the replacement period, do whatever you can to get a replacement. Escalate the issue. you deserve better. No gimmicks
make it up all you want to. mine fell down in tiles separate into 2 sections still the screen was intact. They're built rock solid.
