Okay.. i was just holding the power button.. and after 15-20 seconds.. it automatically booted up.. Problem solved

I was flashing CyanogenMod13 .. The whole proccess was successful.. But the phone got stuck when i pressed reboot .. Then i left it for 5 minutes.....
Metal is an alternative for Facebook.. It consumes less battery than fb app.. And will also solve your problem
You should use "metal app" instead of Facebook.. This problem doesn't occur in metal..
Reinstalling worked.. But those apps were greyed out and were not visible in app drawer either.. Thank you

Some apps were greyed out (9gag and dubsmash) .. Thats why i asked.. And i called him an amateur because.. he didn't knew about oneplus'es...

Well.. Before 2.2.1 some games were a bit laggy.. Like smashy road.. Dungeon hunter 5 etc.. But now.. They are smooth.. So no problems now..
