Try booting into safe mode, then reboot normally.
If you are already rooted, download flashufy from the app store, and it will do it for you.
Also, I can't wait for CM13 with FP support on my OP2. Christmas comes just a little late this year.
No, but they did for the kernel. The only things that don't work are Laser AF and the FP scanner
