hey, it's battery heated till 46°C which I believe is not good for any smartphone. above 40°C is not acceptable for any smartphone.
not yet, it's same.. actually it was not much an issue in winters but in summers it will surely create lot of problems with heating.

I Havenot observed bluetooth issue since I purchased the device. It's been 1.5 months now. I would say check your car bluetooth pls.
check your adapter pls. I too faced this. check if usb cable is properly inserted in adapter.
