Are you sure Night Mode is not on in quick toggles or settings? Also its not scheduled for some part of the day?
Frequent issue, for me updating Android System Webview first than Chrome solves the issue.
OP9 series should have a better camera anyhow. No Macro or Color Filter camera should be present, instead a telephoto lens is a better option.
In chrome://flags just search for 'dynamic color gamut' disabling it resolves the issue.
