Having the same issue in Seattle. I will change the zip code to an MD one and then it allows me to pick shipping, but any WA zip code gets blocked.
Been having the same problem. Does not appear to like any Seattle zip code I put in, but if I change the zip code to another state it then works.
I like the One becuase it loaded with specs and it doesn't kill you wallet to get it.
