Report it on the oneplus customer care. Also why do you want to use 60hz when you have 90hz?

Recently oneplus released open beta version of oxygen os11 for 7T series. Beta version is unstable so that might have caused the drawer to crash.

Try clearing your lens also. Sometimes oils from hand and dust make the video or pics look blurry. Use a microfiber cloth and clean it
