Its a software bug, it happened with the previous phones also.... report the bug thought the feedback, and hope for a fix soon :)

Report the bug in the feedback, I encounter the bug every morning, need to restart devices to work :( its clearly software issue
so far oneplus released monthly updates only the security patches were bi-monthly :/ but we will see it in february.. what comes next :)

When I want to charge in the morning, I always needed to restart phone, if I want to warp charge it other wise it changing between normal charge
