Yours may be a rare case.... Bad luck. By and large one plus is really 1000 times better than any other.
That can happen in any phone if there is some small issue. For that matter no phone is perfect. Even Samsung has its own problems.
Definitely my one plus one is faster than any Samsung phones even now. Samsung phones tend to get slower over a period of time.
