At 25% it goes to auto saver. Battery saver only gives you around 20-30mins extra nothing else. So it doesn't MATTER. Think whatever you wanna...

Guys Known Bug with this Open Beta 4 build Rotate in youtube videos. Untill they fix it use auto rotates as auto rotate is working perfectly fine....
