    Do you sideload the zip file to the download folder? That's what I did when I downloaded the 3.2.4 file.

    Marshmallow upgrade schedule for OnePlus devices

    Comme on people. It's not OPO, it's Cyanogen. If you want marshmallow load it thru the Cyanogen Updater.
