My 8 pro is a launch day phone, so over 2 years old now. I installed accubattery early on and, iirc, saw initial battery health around 96%
Have any 'T' series received updates beyond the regular and pro versions? I'm thinking oos13 will be the final for all in the 8 series.
No factory reset. I just updated from 22.214.171.124 IN11AA to c.11, then c.16, then c.20, all via ota upgrades as they became available.
Yes. I don't have any issues with oos12 c.20 and Nova prime. None that I'm aware of anyway.
I'm on c.20 on my na 8 pro and oos12 is working fine for me. I'm using Nova prime launcher, so perhaps that mitigates some of the issues others have...
The 8 series launched with Android 10, fwiw.
Haven't we already covered this? The global c.20 has been released for the in2025 for a week or so now.
if you're updating from oos11, I suggest you...

I'm running c.20 on my in2025. and it's working great.

My 8 pro went from 126.96.36.199 > c.11 > c.16 > c.20 and says certified....
Looks ok to me on c.20.
I can't imagine why my experience with oos12 is so much better than yours. What few bugs I've seen on c16 for my in2025 have been very manageable....
What apps are consuming the most battery?
I don't know what phone you have and assume you're talking about oos12. Regardless, I adb'd the Facebook crap early on and it hasn't come back with...
So c17 was released to IN over a week ago, but not yet to EU or global for the 8 series. Wonder if they found problems with it?
I'm using C16...
What shows as the biggest drain on your battery?
Hmm. I'm guessing 1 per month, just like the phones on the lower end of the spectrum.
As regards point 6, find keyboard location in settings and change it from hide to default. You'll get the keyboard dismiss arrow back.
