All the hate around no ip rating is understandable, but I think it was a smart move. So the phone IS waterproof. But it doesn't have the 'official rating' of ip68 or smth. Ip ratings are done to show how waterproof a device is. Only rain, or can it be submurged in water? Since the op7 has no rating we don't know hów waterproof it is. Dave2d placed the phone in water for 15mins without a problem, so it's definitely waterproof. What's great is that the price can be slightly lower without an official rating. With or without ip rating, warrenty does not cover water damage. So acctually it makes no difference! Just try to keep it dry and don't go peeing on it or holding it at the bottom of a pool.... And ya should be fine

If you willingly put your phone in water, regardless of IP rating, you're a moron. It's not worth the risk, especially since water damage will never be covered by warranty, even if it has an IP rating.

Linking YouTube videos is fine. It's only an issue when people upload their own stuff to promote their personal YouTube channels.
