The the updated os 10.3.0 is not polished
It has many many flaws in it
    1) dialer slides from. Left to right while switching favourates, contacts, call log

    2) phone contacts done t show full details
Like it was showing previously when u open contacts like
    Address, birthday etc
To access it we need to go in edit contacts

    3) favourites seems to be shrinked from. Left and right
    Icons / tiles are smaller

    4) brightness dosent come while removing from pocket

    5) The bottom famous navigation bar gesture slider is been removed
And I seem to be used to it
Which was very small - minus sign kind of thing and a back button only
    I miss that
I don't remember its name as a used
    But it was cool

I wish I shouldn't have upgraded the os to 10 because of this
    Please give these things back
    Request to one plus team

These are all new features of Google's Android 10. Oneplus do tend to give a standard Android experience without the bloat like other manufacturers do. You could get back to them directly using the links below.

It's an update from Android 9 to 10; a major update including a lot of revisions. You cannot expect your A9 phone and A10 phone to look exactly the same in terms of software. All the features you mentioned, have been modified or removed in A10 by Google.

People also are afraid to reset their phones despite it fixing most issues.

Yes, most think it is a headache to backup everything and restore and reinstall apps, but many forget that there's an option to reset data without erasing internal storage.
