Hi, I'm on build 11.0-XNF9XBS28K and I read on these forums that there is no OTA coming for it because it was only a test build. Well today I received a notification that an update is ready and it will prepare my phone for CM12.

I got a new One plus One because mine broke and I was whining in the past about CM12 and I was so happy when my new One came with CM11. I'm not going to update :) I love KitKat.

Just letting you know that this build now gets OTAs too.

I too have been on 28K since it was "accidentally" sent to selected phones a few months ago. However, I accepted the recent OTA's--it sequentially brought me up to date to 12.1...PAS1N0. I used recovery to clear the partition cache--and the phone is working wonderfully.

hi, sorry to hijack your thread. I don't know who to ask and cs will reply within 10 days due to high volume emails. My phone just suddenly restarts, it doesn't stay on just keeps restarting repeatedly. Once I turned off wifi and Lte, it stopped restarting. what could be the problem? I didn't install any new apps nothing, just was talking on the phone and this happened. it's been like that all day, fine without internet. I can't even download new update 12.

    Oneplus one or two?
    I guess one
Try a factory reset in recovery mode! (hold down vol+power) after the phone is off

First thing first.. Factory wipe your phone.
If you have TWRP installed, install a Custom ROM. This will help 75% of the time.

A factory reset.. Shouldn't delete your pictures and music.. It should delete your apps.. But you should back up whatever you can.. Just to be safe!

I've done a factory reset innumerable times on my one via twrp (i have a custom recovery) never deletes my data on internal storage.. Soo anyway, you should take a backup! :)

Is it possible to downgrade from COS12 to COS11 with the stock recovery? He could try that too.

Umm yes.. But that would be much more of a hassle than a factory reset! So..
