So there's a new update that's being rolled out:

    http://qc4.androidfilehost.com/dl/e.../cm-bacon-d91bf047f5-to-cee4e8702d-signed.zip

Courtesy of Spannaa for uploading the incremental on AndroidFileHost.

I was wondering, since I'm rooted and have root, is there anyway of updating the binary-script in the zip to work when flashing it via TWRP or do I HAVE to get the full zip..

    Any help would be appreciated.

I think it's something to do with verifying the build prop.
I am on 1K6 as of now.

You don't have to wipe data. You can do a dirty flash. But if you want to, you can back up data and restore it after flashing. But you should make a nandroid backup before flashing.

Why do you automatically say that, is Cortana so abhorrent that you hate it so much?
Google now is installed on my phone, but I NEVER use it.
Having Cortana is not a threat to you, you don't have to use it.
I see no reason to automatically react like you do.

I use Google Now heavily. I don't even like Cortana on Windows phone or Windows 10. I say what I say based on my personal experience, sorry you didn't like what I had to say.

I have to admit, I was feeling the urge to test the new COS update so I've already returned my phone to stock and have flashed the new update. Apps are almost done optimizing now. I'll keep my mind open to possibilities.

Oh me too, no disagreements here.

About the new ROM, no complaints yet. I wasn't really using Google Now On Tap while on Marshmallow and my phone is not really down long enough for doze to kick in so I didn't really see any tangible improvements over Lollipop.
