    Hello guys

    I've seen a lot of review, arguing that op3 has a great battery, performance, camera etc...
    but the display looks like he isnt good at all
    I've seen this ...15-day no-hassle return...
    I like G4 and nexus 5x, so if I dont like I can give back the op3 and get a total refund? (and the 15 days begin with the day I buy it, so I have to discount the day where the op3 is shipping? )

    In reality, you probably have 4-5 days with it before you would need to contact them about returning it

    The webpage says "shipping costs covered".

    That's the shipping cost of the phone, right? Not the shipping cost of the return?

    Edit: found it! The returning cost is covered by the buyer.

    I'm trying to return in a Karbon Case for a refund (still unopened), and I can say it's a hassle.

    If they refuse to collaborate, simply tell them you're considering to file a dispute with PayPal, or with your bank if you used a credit card.

    Thanks for the advice, but I just received the approval for the return, and they said that I'll get the shipping label in 24-48h, but nevertheless it took 3 days and apparently you HAVE to put a ticket first. If you do a service request for by your own it'll get cancelled automatically...

    Hmm, that wasn't the case with me. I did a service request yesterday, they replied in exactly 18 hours with instructions and shippinglabel.

    Then you had a better service guy/girl who was in charge of your service request than me apparently ;). Oh well, as long as I get my money back for the Karbon Case everything is fine.

    That isn't the case with everyone. For example, I sent a service request yesterday, recieved instructions and shipping address today, and I'll send it tomorrow. No hassle for me.
