    Settings > system >Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth (it will delete your saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth settings also so keep that in mind).
    Reset for both SIMs

    And restart your phone and see.

    Try getting a new / replacement SIM ?

    Factory reset the phone to rule out any and all software issues ?
    You will need to anyway if you have to take it in for service.
