    removing facebook on op2 worked well, did it on lollipop. as i removed both the fb app and the messenger app, any advice if both harmed my batt or just one of them?

    I also found that disabling the wakelock permission for a lot of the apps can help improve battery life (from settings>app permissions or settings>apps. I've done it for most of my apps and it's helped a lot. Also the greenify app seems to help to

    A while back my OPT was acting weird and didn't charge as fast as the battery drained. Found the culprit though. Gmail with 1.3 gb Cache! This time it was only 1.25 gb total of all apps :)

    Good tips. Questions:

    1. Is there a consensus around cleaning apps? I have "360 security" installed and running, but to be honest I don't know to what extent it helps. Anyone familiar with this app to give some more insight?

    2. Not to install a lot of apps is indeed a good tip but, on the other hand, a phone with 64GB of storage (or 50 something GB available to the user) is good to have if you can put stuff there, and I don't mean only music and photos. I don't mean we should be able to fill it up with 50GB of apps, but it should be able to handle smoothly at least half of that and... it doesn't.
