I just updated about half hour ago. After my phone rebooted, I got a pop up saying the CM lock screen has crashed. Then it would try to enable the lock screen again, would crash, would try to enable the lock screen, crash... it went into this loop and I can't get out of it. Phone was working fine before the update! Don't know what to do.

What the duck? There is no such thing as 35R...?

This sucks :( Hope you get it solved. Try a hard reset or flash it again.

It's spooky when you read about all the nasty problems people are experiencing after doing the upgrade. Sideload 33R?

I think that most if issues may be caused by rooting and installing off the wall roms. But of course no one admits this LOL

Well, I haven't rooted or installed any off the wall ROMs. Phone is stock. All I know is that it was working fine before this "incremental upgrade" now it's stuck in this dumb lock screen crash loop. I can't even send the crash report because the loop won't let it.

I upgraded with some nervousness yesterday given the stories of doom I'd seen. I half expected the phone to take on demonic powers, kill all my pets and render me blind and mute when it finished upgrading given the hysteria in some of the posts I'd seen. :) Like (I'm guessing?) the vast majority of users, the upgrade went just fine and seems well. Can't comment on the improvements it's brought yet - first day of use in anger.

That said, they do seem to have some teething problems with moving to a volume user base and I'm not in any way belittling those poor soles who've had real issues - I've been lucky I know. Remember people - we're trail blazers here. We wanted this cool brand new phone with it's fabulous specs and cool features at a way cool price so we jumped on. We should also reasonably expect some wrinkles like the support being crappy while they ramp up and the less than optimal experience for some users with the rollout of a new version to this fast growing user base. It is wrong to expect a "Google Nexus like" experience with the OPO - they're still a long, long way from being a mainstream supplier (if ever).

I know these comments might get me flamed but I'm just callin it how it is in the real world. Embracing a startup company/product carries risks and rewards with it. Trail blazers often end up lying around the chuck wagon with arrows sticking out of their backs! :).

I updated yesterday and no issues so far. It does seem to have brought back better battery life and eliminated ghost touches while typing.

I'm at 45% after 15+ hours off the charger and over 3 hours SOT.

If I get back to 6+ hours like I was with 25r I'll be very happy.
