    Guys, After the last update I have been experiencing a problem especially with the messages, takes too long to open, send or receive. Also, I feel the phone itself got slower too. I don't know what to do. any help would be appreciated. thanks

    I've had the same problem but with Paypal. I have two-factor set-up to send me a text message. I would have to wait minutes to get the text or turn airplane mode on then off to get the message

    "source" meaning where did you get your info. I prefer to know more before restoring my phone to factory settings. My device most certainly better NOT have reached the end of it's life as it's been less than a year since I've had it.

    It's not when you bought it, it's from when device was released. 24 months of software updates and an additional 12 months of security patches is what OnePlus promised. The device is more that 36 months old so there will be no more updates from OnePlus... Your best option to try to solve your issue is a factory reset (backup your data)

    My phone is a OnePlus 7 Pro.
