But I recomend you go with Stock kernel that comes with it

I have tried 3 diff kernels and to be honest i didnt notice much difference so if i where you try the standard kernel in Mahdi play around with it for a bit then try franco so you can see the difference for yourself. It takes 5 seconds to flash so its easy to flash it back to a standard kernel.

Personally my daily is the standard kernel no reboots solid as a rock atm

Wow. Insane battery life. 11:36 of battery time, 4:42 screen on time, and I am still at 51% charge.

Running latest Mahdi build and Franco R13. Greenify to shut down unused apps. Nothing else is customized. No under clocking. Nothing.

Edit: WiFi was on for all 11:36 and I had :51 of phone talk time.

Agree that with Wifi on, the battery life is insane with the same Mahdi + Franco combination! I sleep with my phone at 93%. When I wake up the next morning, the phone is still at 93%.

    The phone has slept well!

    Sorry about my bad english.
But yesterday i unlocked my bootloader, installed TWRP Recovery, root,.... and i installed Mahdi Rom 2.7. Everything was ok, i used it normal and didn't have errors. So i charged my phone. I woke up this morning and saw my oneplus one turn off, couldn't turned on and boot Recovery or Fastboot. Even i plugin my phone, no charge icon show ??

Not what you want to hear, but I've seen a few of these posts, almost verbatim in various threads (is, not a rom issue)... I'd contact OnePlus if you cannot get into recovery, fastboot, etc.

    And one more thing.
Is you kernel with kexec-hardboot patch? If not can you merge it and make a kernel?

I had the drain issue so I decided to shift to mahdi ROM and installed it from the scratch. So far so good, the ROM works smoothly but over night the battery dropped 10% in airplane mode.

I have currently the one of 08/18.

Does it have TVE battery fix?

Should i go for Franco kernel as you did?

You may run the stock kernel a few days first and compare it with franco. Then u decide which one to use. Wt is tve battery fix??

you might want to leave the standard cm11 build on your phone and a franco rom somewhere before flashing for the first time just in case you want to roll back just boot into recovery i prefer twrp then you can just reflash whichever image
