So the Pro mode allows 48mp jpeg but not the same case for RAW file.
The raw files are of only 2984x3984 only!
Which is even lower than the raw file dimensions of OnePlus 5T camera!
    Please fix this issue?

48Mpx is on main camera only, in 4:3 full captor mode.
If you're shooting from another camera (zoom or wide angle, or even numeric intermediate zoom) you'll only get this camera full resolution.
If you're using another ratio, image is cropped accordingly.

The main 48mp camera isn't producing the 48mp RAW file just like it produces the 48mp jpeg file in 4:3.
As I'm taking about the Pro mode so it already means that I'm talking about the main 48mp camera only!

You know you're on a users' forum, where you're talking to other users like you who're taking on their time to help you, right? So please leave some time and stop demanding immediate answer.

Like on previous devices (7 series), main camera is 48Mpx whith pixel binding to produce a 12Mpx camera with bigger pixels for enhanced clarity. 4 0.8µm pixels on the captor produce one 1.6µm image pixel. See camera specs on product page.

Plus, on the T series, you should be able to shoot RAW and movies on all cameras.

Sorry sir, but you still haven't answered my question.

If the camera app can save a 48mp JPEG then why isn't it saving a 48mp RAW file as well?

48mp JPEG option disables the pixel binding.
Similarly the RAW option should also disable the pixel binding and deliver a 48mp RAW file.

    -------
I know that the Sony IMX586 image sensor comes with pixel binding tech called Quad Bayer Array which combines 4 pixel into one and saves a low resolution 12mp picture in low light and a 48mp picture in bright day light.

I also know that Sony IMX586 can deliver true 48mp RAW data as well by turning off the pixel binding, using which the OnePlus devices are able to produce the full 48mp JPEG files of resolution 6000x8000.

48MP Raw picture is all he wants , not each camera's specifications.
and yes phone doesn't capture 48MP raw image
