    This ROM contains support for ContentGuard which is being developed as an Open Source project. Applications flagged as malware or unsafe or exploiting the market system will be automatically disabled and removed.

    This project adds a host-like system that blocks a selected list of available apps from being installed on the premise that they were intended to promote or allow software piracy. Those apps can be found https://github.com/ContentGuard/AntiPiracySupport/blob/beta/src/utils/ContentGuardConstants.java The apps being blocked are chosen by the creators of the project.

We are happy to share our work but we are not here to cater to or provide for you. If you have a feature request: write the code. If you want a device supported: add the support. New developers are welcome aboard. Our official builds are private source but we do maintain open source branches for development and community contributions

    How to install:

    Later>>

    Backup all your data*
    • Download Rom
    • Download prefered GApps
    • Boot into Recovery (TWRP or CWM)
    • Advanced Wipe ( Select> Dalvik Cache / Cache / System / Data ) * Be careful don't select INTERNAL !
    • Install/flash bacon_firmware.zip (Only applicable for old rom users... !)
    • install/flash latest exodus offical ROM .zip
    • install/flash gApps 5.1.1 (only when you come from different ROM or first time)
    • reboot to System
    • be amazed (Post your Happiness and support Developer in following URL: Team Exodus)
    ROM OS Version: 5.1.1.r18 Lollipop
    ROM Kernel: Linux 3.4.x
    Based On: Android 5.1.1.r18 & CyanogenMod 12.1n

    About Dave:
    He started flashing roms on android ICS, then later started theming and made his own ROM by Android 4.1. He found a career in mobile platform engineering because of his work and skills gained in Android.
    About Martin:
    He started building Android Roms on the mako with a modified version of RasBeanJelly (named RasSaber). Later he worked with ctfrommn und Rustyjay on PSX-Purespeed X for the Mako,Hammerhead and Flo. Also he host and maintain the Server (jenkins,gerrit and downloads) for Exodus
    About Raja:
    I am a very simple and senior Java Developer, I love android and also Dave and Martin, in my view both are so great guys. Working with them is butter smooth .     What sot are you getting and whats your usage type ie Social, Gaming, media etc.
    I think i had a fleeting look at this rom for an hour or so, i didnt like it but i cant remember why.

    I am getting around 6.5 hrs SOT with around 20 hours on battery on very heavy usage. Will post the screenshots soon.

    My Usage :- WiFi always on. GPS Device only. Almost 90% time Internet browsing, mostly this forum. Around 20 minutes of midrange gaming. 20 minutes music. 20 minutes Youtube videos.

    PS : I am planning to flash Franco kernel after the 5th cycle as many people claim that they are getting even better battery stats after flashing it.

    Which ROM are you currently on ?
    I have seen 8hrs SOT with this ROM but never got myself that much SOT.


    And I have updated the post with 4th battery cycle.

    Using from Friday

    Network connection is good as Coloros (using it for a month) (with new firmware and modem)

    Is faster than coloros 2.06i port (44 Vs 49)

    But with coloros I have never had a reboot, with this one I have 1 or more every day
