    When a stable update is released it will be initially limited to certain number of users . After the confirmation of no serious bugs , widespread rolling out of update is done . Before widespread release users try to get update through VPN not knowing whether there is bugs in it or not. 5.1.6 was released weeks before but the widespread release didn't take place .It is because it contains bugs . Hence the developers are trying to clear the bugs and release a more stable version . Please have patience and give them time.. An update just takes around 3minutes to get installed but to make that it takes months. We want the update to be stable.. without any bugs right? Thus we have to be patient and wait till it is released..



    Update will only be released when to is ready .. So have patience and wait for it.. Atleast one plus promised us for 2yrs updates which most other brands doesn't have..

    5.1.5 has issues with bluetooth connectivity for cars. I understand 5.1.7 is out. I have not recd any update after August 2018.. Even 5.1.6 has not been received. Wonder what is wrong? The Bluetooth issue is very irritating. If I play audio from the phone to my car audio the phone calls option in Bluetooth gets unticked or disabled. To set this right I have to unpair the phone from the music system and also the music system from the phone and restart both of them and pair again. Hope I receive the new update if 5.1.7 at the earliest.

    5.1.7, it is already self, today to me !! Installed so far everything is fine! I will explore !!!
