    Pot Noodle, May 19, 2019 :
6T purchased last year past couple of weeks random reboots then on Saturday morning screen would not come on, I’m getting notifications sounds and alarm works but screen is black.
I have tried the power bitten for ten seconds and volume down and power button but nothing.
Anybody could you point me in the right direction?
45 minutes on live chat waiting got to number 1 then they canceled not a happy bunny.
    Many thanks in advance.

On the 6T you need to hold down power + volume UP(!) for 20 seconds at max. Try it and keep me updated.

ok, so you can't get into recovery. When you hold the Power button, do you get any sign that the device is working or responding?
And if you do. Can you try to get into fastboot by power on the device and holding the volume button up.
You can try to plug it into a PC and see if you get anything different then

the whole POINT of the MsmRecoveryTool is that the phone doesn't have to boot AT ALL. just follow the steps. it has worked for EVERY model since the OPO. surely you can put your hands on a Windows laptop. Or chat with OP customer service and they will run the same tool remotely.
