I'm on OOS 10.3.0, and for the last 2 or 3 minor release versions, I've had an issue where when I plug in a USB-C headphone adapter (the Pixel one, sold by Google) it isn't recognized by the phone. If I reboot it starts working again, but within a day or so it stops working.

I had similar bugs on Previous OOS 10 builds where charging with a USB-C (non Warp) charger wouldn't work until rebooting, and connecting from a computer using ADB (android debug bridge) wouldn't work without a reboot. But those were all fixed in the next minor release after I noticed the issue. The headphone adapter problem seems to be persisting.

Following up on this old post to point out that I was wrong, ADB frequently won't work until after a reboot, so there may be some connection between the headphone adapter not working and ADB not working. I'm on Oxygen OS 10.3.1, I've had at least one OOS update since my original post and the issue persists.
