I lost the signal, and must reset the phone, to work again.
I replace the SIM card, becuase l was thinking that the SIM card was in a bad condition, but the problem was there again.
I don't know what to do.
I contact the support, so l'm waiting for there reaply.

I have the same issue happens every day when enter a building with no reception. After a few minutes of loss of connection the phone recognises this and changes the icon to a triangle with a cross. A reboot is the only solution. Only changed phone from oneplus5 to oneplus8T. Nothing else has changed. So it's the phone or the OS. On the latest os update, also and this has been the case for the last 3 updates.

I think it's the OS. Because l don't have problem with the loosing network anymore. When I was start using my brand new OnePlus 8T, it happens every day (once a day) that I lose the network and l have to restart the phone. But then l did the network reset and the problem suddenly disappear.
Did you try the network reset?

    Network reset steps:

Go to settings >> system >>reset options >>Reset wifi, mobile and Bluetooth and check with the issue.

No luck. Even after network reset. It's even worse. Now I lose signal even more times then before.
First time with Oneplus and maybe the last.

Sorry to hear that. l know how you feel, it's really annoying.
How many times on a day you lose signal?
Did you try with exchange the SIM card (with new one), or switching the SIM card slot?

Thanks for the pointers Nejc__, I will try resetting the network settings and see how it holds.

I had this issue when first received the phone, support don't even accept this issue exists, OS update solved the issue. Latest update as brought the issue back, several times a day it goes, again support not interested. I'd be happy if they accepted the issue exists so they can fix, clearly a OS bug

Do you happen to have (or does a neighbor have) a CellSpot, basically a mini 4G LTE tower you plug into your router when you have spotty service at home? I've had my OnePlus 8t +5G from TMobile for less than a week and I would lose signal completely every 2 or more hours and only got it back after a restart, but I noticed it was only at home. In the process of getting log files, I considered my CellSpot and powered it off and immediately got signal again. I've gone almost 2 days now without a drop. I don't even need the CellSpot anymore since they've improved service in my area.
