    I am drawing everyone's attention.
I have some important issues with my phone that I can't fix. My phone is OnePlus 8T. The problems with my phone are: gyroscope is not working, finger print sensor is not working, 256 gb storage is full after 1 day. And video camera does not work, panaroma option does not work. This problem occurs approximately 4 months after I bought my phone. Earlier I posted about my phone problem in OnePlus community. About 1 month later, OnePlus gave 2 updates to my phone. But that doesn't fix my phone. Now I want help from OnePlus. It is not possible for me to buy a new phone at the moment. Hopefully OnePlus will help me in considering my phone problem.
    Thanks

You are in the user forum at present. It consists of users who help each other with similar problems.

If you want help directly from OnePlus, then do as @Dresa91 suggested. Regarding your issues with the camera, I'm not sure why that's not working, perhaps it needs RAM and you have none.

As for the system using up 245 GB of storage, definitely not right. I know of one other person who had the same issue. What have you done so far? Have you tried a factory reset, does the issue come back again after that?

I can see you've asked more questions on the forum re the camera. Did your phone work normally when you first got it? 0r have you had problems from the very begining?

At first my phone was working well. But after about 4 months of buying the phone, one by one the problems started.

After 24 hours my phone's storage is full. So if I don't have to reset my phone after 24 hours, no application of the phone works.

Yes, I understand, it seems most of your other problems stem from the overuse of the memory, and I presume your ram fills up.

I know of someone else on this forum who had a similar problem. I will try and talk to them and see if they found a workaround for this. Ideally OnePlus should exchange your phone for a new one, but if you can't get to a service centre that's difficult.

By the way, there is a OnePlus diagnosis tool kit, have you ever tried to use it?

As far as I know, there is no official service center of OnePlus in Bangladesh And the option that comes when you dial * # 800 # is the OnePlus diagnosis tool kit?

    Ok, I get it.

I'm based in Europe, but I understand Bangladesh is not an official sales region, so no on site support.

Makes it more difficult for you to find a solution.

Earlier one person contacted me from OnePlus. He wants to log in to me. I give the logs. About a month and a half later, my phone got updated and I updated the phone but it didn't work. These were the problems then.

    Maybe a silly question.
You only did a reset, didn’t you?
Did you also try a rollback to an older OxygenOS version?

Ok, I think there is some corruption in you system. WHat @Dresa91 said is worth trying, but I'm wary if you don't have detailed technical support to hand when you try is it will brick your device.

Let me see if I can find a tutorial for you to look at. If I'm honest, I don't think customer support will provide much help, you might have to try a technical fix yourself.
