9 Pro Bluetooth issues via OnePlus Community App

    I'm still having Bluetooth issues with the 9 pro. I read that most people have seen them fixed but that is not the case for me. Spotty connection on several pair of headphones and the kicker is it literally won't work at all on my work van. If I can't fix the work van issue this is definitely a return for me.

    What headphones and car? I have so far not seen an issue on my WH-1000XM4 or my car.
    Would be interesting to know if it happens to everyone on the same hardware models or if the problem is more random on the exact same headphone model. More random could lean to a hardware issue on the phone side. If it happens to everyone it's more probable to be a software issue.

    You could always report it via the feedback tool.

    I have this same issue. T-Mobile version with Samsung buds. The connection is horrendous compared to my 7t Pro

    I also have Bluetooth issues with my OnePlus 9 Pro. I have the latest Update. I can connect to my Bluetooth speaker Sony SRS-XB20 and also Anker Soundcore 3 but later the connection is gone an I can't reconnect. The only way to fix this is a restart of the phone. It's in Spotify but also all other Music Player Apps. After a phone restart the connection works. On the other hand Bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is working perfectly. But I have Problems with Bluetooth speakers. For me it's a deal breaker. If I can't listen to my music I will return the OP 9 Pro... :(

    Same problem here. I just requested guaranteed repair... we will see what they will do. My call recipients keep losing me.

    Today I tried connecting my 9 Pro to a Panasonic KX-TGF780 phone. This phone has "Link To Cell". Note: This works successfully with Samsung, Google, and iPhones. Connects and works. Not so with the 9 Pro.

    The phone does successfully pair with the base. If someone texts? You hear the notification over the base. Someone calls or I call out, the call connects as expected. That's where the issue starts.

    When you say something into the Panasonic phone or talk into the phone the 9 Pro called, you hear nothing. So I then immediately tried 3 other phones, Android and iPhone, they all work so it's not the Panasonic Phone.

    I must have this working as the smartphone is used as a work number in my office.

    Please help!

    Hey guys. I ended up calling T-Mobile and spoke to someone. It's covered under the warranty. I'll pick up a new phone from a local location on Friday. I'm a fool to wait for a software fix. Good luck y'all

    I also have connection issues, my Jabra Active Elite 75t's work fine with my previous OnePlus 8. My new OnePlus 9 Pro is great but crackling noises, and audio drops interfering with audio? Casting and connecting a Sony Playstation Dualsense are impossible. Kinda weird anno 2021.

    I'm also having bluetooth issues but it's only with my car. I know it's not my car's fault as my friend who has a galaxy s20 ultra worked just fine without any issues. The bluetooth was spotty and kept cutting in and out on music.
