That EZY Computer Solutions video is brutal. There's a lot more to this than just a number of Hz.

It's funny that Sharp aren't really thought about in the western world for smartphones (as far as I know), yet they are the 2nd biggest seller in Japan (a tech crazy country that wouldn't take less than ultimate innovation.

I feel like I gotta buy a Sharp now :D

    The point is innovation!

Are Sharp actually manufacturing these screens themselves does anyone know?

Great but what is the use case?
You cannot even feel the diff. If at all anything its going to drain battery

So, the article clearly states that people CAN see the difference. Not 10/10, but they can. It also depends who were the testers. Glasses, contact lenses, good vision, young, old... See, like you smack on it, you also don't think outside of the box. I know that my father who is an IT director of a huge company for last 30 years would see no difference because he's almost as blind as a bat. dude has millions of lines of code in his head, can solve shit tons of stuff when it comes to devices; but still couldn't find the difference. He's been looking in monitors for 30 years for 10 hours per day minimum, so how do we expect that person to see the difference? On the other hand, I know that some people would say 90 hz is clearly visible on 7 Pro even if you didn't enable it, because they're pliable to any comments or manipulation just to appear "better" or "smarter" than the most.

    How is this fanboy ignorance?

My wife has a 6T, and difference is visible in browser, menu scrolling, but that's it. Not many apps support 90 Hz; and there is no way to pinpoint the straight noticeable difference at every moment. 90Hz thing is a selling point, and if people whine, it's their own fault. Did they check app support for 90Hz? I doubt it.

In addition, since you're all about proof; why don't we see the comparison which has your 240Hz phone on test?
Let's be fair to all devices in that case, no?
