    Not blaming companies at all, but this is about sellers. What do you think that these stones were sent by ebay knowingly? NOPE.
    I am saying that courier service person or local sellers (who are d*cks) can do this.

    No kiddin, thats utter FUBAR, did your friend buy this from a ebay shop or from a private person?
    If it is send from the US for that person is subject to severe punishment & sentence regarding 5-10y jailtime. US takes this things very serious. If its sent by postal its a federal crime.

    Moral.. don't buy from a 3rd party reseller.. but if you are nonetheless going to, use Paypal (except in India, where you can't so you have to take your chances:()
