Network signal, stability is so much better with Note 10+. I used to get really shitty 5G on the 7 Pro 5G. Right after upgrading to the Note 10+ 5G it's perfect now. In most places I get 110mbps at a minimum! Which I think is amazing.

GPS works instantly... As mentioned previously, we've been looking down on Samsung so much, they've had so much time to refine and get a lot of things right.

PS: WiFi 6 support...To those who care. 7 Pro they cheaped out - Advice to those on this sinking ship, leave it. OnePlus don't care, and barely acknowledge their 5G devices.

The OnePlus 7T pro McLaren 5G launched with Android 10 out of the box. I guess all this talk about 5G being so hard was just an excuse and BS!

I've been asking this question since it was announced. Don't tell me that the slightly different cpu/modem is that much improved software programming wise that it was so much easier.

I have still yet to read one thing on this community from someone employed by OP referencing anything about 10 for the Sprint version. It's like we don't exist.

I had the device for 7 months before i returned it.

Just complain about lack of security, updates and it not what you were sold on - this open letter helped prove that Oneplus were incompetent too.

If you got it via EE - Just complain regarding lack of updates, and this letter. They'll sort you out - make sure you speak to a manager.

I've tried and tried with EE but now they're issuing me a deadlock letter. They are stating that they are not responsible for updates and simply supply the phone, nowhere are they contracted to ensure updates are given. Have you got anything that I can show to EE to show that they've previously taken phones back for this reason? Maybe this will force them to do something about mine...

Happened to a mate of mine actually, however he was able to wiggle out of it by showing proof that others had been able to ditch the device. I also started my conversation with EE stating that I have spoken to OnePlus live chat and that they've explained that EE is delaying updates (which is false I know) but that was the official response.

ah okay, I'm screwed then. Just been on to EE's executive complaints people and they don't seem interested. Sent them the letter as well but not holding my breath. Thanks anyway.

You're very fortunate to have ended up with a handset that works from OnePlus. Most of us have handsets that are practically useless.

EE is a UK based mobile phone/cell phone network operator just like Sprint and T-Mobile in the US.
