    Hi everyone,

    I'm on EE in the UK using the oneplus 7 Pro 5G and just noticed I can now update to android 10. Having switched from an iPhone I've not been as concerned about recieving this update as some as android is all new to me even on Android 9. I haven't hit update yet as wanted to know from anyone who has if there is any issues with the new update? I'd hope not given the time it's taken to push this to us on this handset and would hope it's been fully tested and optimised. thanks

    yes I had issues had to reinstall it from updater app still now & then have issues with receiving text's as I'm aware

    what about us OnePlus 7 Pro 5G users n Sprint here in the U.S.? where's our Android 10 update? can I install the UK ROM somehow? I thought of downloading it IF it's compatible and Sprint isn't going to provide us one

    you can download the 5G UK ROM, however I still don't know if it's compatible and how to actually install it if it is

    I have the 7 Pro 5G on EE and updated to Android 10 at the weekend. Since the update my battery life is shockingly poor. Today my screen time is only 30 minutes and yet after 9 hours my battery is down to 38%. This is with no background apps running and considering that with the same apps installed, I was nearing 2 days battery on Pie just last week. I now very much regret the decision of upgrading

    Safe to say this phone is the redheaded step child for One Plus. I'm still on Jan security patch with no sign of A10 update (Sprint in the US). As nice as the hardware is the software support has been abysmal.

    yeah I got it this morning. I decided to do my regular random check and there it was ,I was shocked!
    so far everything seems to be running smoother with good battery life it seems to be using less memory than before

    UK OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is now seeding 10.0.5

    March Security level, a change to 5G functionality and that's about it, but they're sticking to the 2 monthly updates now, so that's a start.
