Do you think that OnePlus will hear your voice? I'm afraid not. They aren't interested in what you need or want. If you have problems with your device, then please buy a new one. The 9-series devices are now available in good price. 🤣🤣🤣

I was given the oneplus 7 pro 5g which was originally purchase via John Lewis as a unlocked any network phone. So my question is who does the updates for these phones if their is no specific carrier?

Is there any date for Android 11 on the 7pro 5g? I have had this phone a couple of days but can't believe how behind this phone is. I was under the impression this was a brand that was up to date and focussed on the users. Any idea would be good so I can stop going to setting and hitting update in the hope that something might pop up.

Hi, the OP7pro 5G was only released as a carrier locked phone, so updates will only come from T-Mobile. The OP7pro (not 5G) is supported by OnePlus, but you cant install a 4G rom into a 5G phone (even if it is unlocked).
