Please...don't beat around the bush...you guys again proved that you are not worth anymore. If you want to release 2 new phones every 3 months, then you should figure out an effective way to support software updates to your own flagships from previous year.
Seriously horrible that Nord getting updates before OP7 series devices, considering the fact that Nord is a budget phone with lower specs compared to OP7 devices.
You broke the promises that you gave to your customers and trying to act like Samsung, Google or Apple which you will never be with this attittude towards your customers with Devices that are not even an year old.
Data decryption issues only for devices OP7 and below. All other new devices doesn't have any problem when all these devices are using qualcom processors.
You have 2 options now:
1) Fire all your employees working on the software side and then either hire or outsource that work to intelligent people from XDA developers. They can release the custom roms within a week of actual Android software release.
2) Just admit that you are shamelessly lying to people and DON'T want to release android 11 to any of your previous gen devices untill Android 12
