And that's the argument is all about and that's not how anyother OEM does. Let's take Samsung for example. They update their eligible flagship lineup first irrespective of release date and then go to midrange and then budget segment. Samsung M51 which released on September 2020 will get android 11 only on April 2021. Whereas galaxy s10 which released on March 2019 getting android 11 this month. That's how it should be. Thats the sane thing to do infact. Remember it's not about which released recently. Preference should always given to the flagship customers. If not then it's a bad business model.

I'm still on version 9, people. Have been a proponent of OnePlus in the past, but I will not upgrade or but another OnePlus until they fulfill their promise! This is absolutely unacceptable! I think it's time I switch to a different brand...
