As the title says it all, DISAPPOINTED. I have the OnePlus 7t and. It turns out that with a OnePlus 7t with all its potential it has not gone on to update to Android 11 when the OnePlus 8 does, that only means that the company is already only looking to sell terminals, not customer satisfaction. I think I will not buy another OnePlus

OnePlus 7t is just over a year old and the updates it receives are security patches and little else, which I think is inexcusable when OnePlus sold us that updates and listening to the consumer were their asset.

Already up to the mid-range offers stability and good performance of OnePlusPlus something more is expected.

You loose totally what makes you the OS champ. Not upgrading a recent phone. Upgrade phone with more bugs than new stuff . Very sad.
You try to be a bigger brand but are missing the important thing from now you are a new Xiaomi or new Samsung. Garbage

Compare OnePlus with Samsung not Xiaomi first of all .
Secondly, even Samsung is getting better with updates as OnePlus is getting bad .

It's very clear OnePlus has lost the track as recently Carl Pei left OnePlus!

Please don't provide unconditional support to any company due to this very reason Companies become overconfident !

Look at the size of Samsung and the size of OnePlus. Samsung's development team is huge in comparison.

BTW, what are the features you want most from Android 11?

Imagine you want to buy a car. One will cost you less and the other one will cost you just little more money. The cheaper car has less service centers and lesser technicians and the little bit expensive car has good services centers and very knowledgeable technicians. Which one will you choose???

That's, like, the worst analogy ever.

You also didn't answer me about what Android 11 features you want.

I think after the consecutive successful ventures of OnePlus via the hands of 5/6 and 7 series smartphones... OnePlus with their still "naive" management team just want to fight against the topdogs like Samsung and Apple and I guess they should learn from Google in this regard, that how you should hold yourself back and nurture your own speciality even when you have humongous resources (in one aspect) to conquer the totality.
