An app should be developed wherein we store passwords for various web services and we can use fingerprints to log into such accounts without having to physically log in again and again.

Check 'SafeIn Cloud Password Manager' on PlayStore. You can use the FPS to securely open this app, find your password and launch the site... Not sure it's exactly what you're wanting, but iit's a start ;)
