    Did you purchase a second hand device? If yes then the previous owner might have registered the IMEI of your phone with his account.

    Are you sure you are using the same account with which you had registered your IMEI number prior to the factory reset?

    I recently bought a used OnePlus 7 Pro - tried to link my already existing OnePlus account in the join Red Cable Club section but an error keeps popping up, prompting that the phone has already been linked to another OnePlus account. I understand why this is happening, but is there any way to unlink the previous account from the phone so I can claim the benefits of the club?

    Note - The last OnePlus phone I had before this was a 5T and by the time it had been sold, Red Cable Club wasn't a thing, so I never actually signed up for it earlier.

    Either the person that sold it to you needs to unlink it from their account. Or contact OnePlus support with a clear and valid proof of purchase for the specific device.

    I'm using OnePlus 6 and presently on OOS 10.3.2. I'm getting FC while loging into one plus account. Please resolve my issue asap so that I can retrieve my data from one plus cloud storage.

    Clear the OP community App info Cache and storage as well.

    If there is a Red Cable app clear both App info Cache and App info Storage as well

    Did you also clear the App info Storage as well. Only other suggestion would be to try uninstall and reinstall the apps if possible.

    Failing that try it in Safe Mode. To get into safe mode, press side button to bring up Power menu, then long press power off, safe mode will appear as an option, choose ok.

    When in Safe mode connect to WiFi or Mobile Network, and see if you can access it then.

    If you can then something is causing an issue when the phone is in normal mode. Possibly another app preventing access.

    Dear sir,

    I tried all the possibility method to resolve the issue before posting here moreover my device is in ROOT condition with MAGISK only. So, I know every possibility solution that could be solve but all vain.
    Now I will try for safe mode method and report you here for the result. :)

    EDIT :- I tried in safe mode but not succeed.

    OnePlus community application login problem.

    Am wondering is it a root issue, as the phone is rooted, may be preventing the app from authenticating.

    Don't think there is an Indian version. The Global version for everyone will identify an Indian phone, not sure how that works, but if the Bootloader is unlocked foe Android 10, maybe that stops the OnePlus servers from identifying an Indian phone.

    Basically means that it has to be Stock with no bootloader unlocked.
